Where does dearthomas ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Standard Shipping is $5.95, or free on eligible orders over $59. Expedited Shipping is $14.95. Most orders process in 1–3 business days; delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days standard or 2–4 business days expedited after fulfillment.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is emailed after shipment and may take 24–48 hours to update. If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, please contact us.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos.

Can I return an item after trying it on?

Because of hygiene concerns, we generally do not accept traditional returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, or tried on. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, discount, or another suitable resolution.

What if my order is wrong, missing, damaged, or defective?

Contact us within 7 days. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund when appropriate, or another suitable resolution.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog before ordering. Chest circumference is the most important measurement for most styles; also check neck measurement for high-neck styles and then back length. Use weight as a reference only.

What if I chose the wrong size?

If the fit issue is caused by incorrect measurements or ordering by weight/usual size only, we generally do not offer a cash refund or free replacement. A one-time Fit Support Discount may be offered.

How long do approved refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How does dearthomas use my information?

How to Measure Your Pup

Chest Girth

Measure around the widest part of your pup’s chest, just behind the front legs.

Neck

Measure around the base of the neck where the garment naturally sits.

Back Length

Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail along the spine.

Weight

Use your pup’s current weight as a secondary reference. Chest and neck measurements should remain your primary guide.

Fit note — Keep the tape comfortably snug, never tight. Use the chest as your guide, and size up when between sizes or for thicker coats.
